Condolences

Condolence From: Adriene DeFrancesco
Condolence: I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of my dear godfather, Uncle Billy. There was no replacement for an uncle like him. He was kind, loving, happy and smart. I will always cherish the times our families spent together. Most especially at Christmas time when we would go to see Uncle Billy and Aunt Ginger's Christmas display and pick out our tree. It was something we always looked forward to. I will hold dear these special memories and fun times. Aunt Ginger, Cindy, Debbie, Billy and Chris- Sending loving prayers to you all.

Condolence From: Larry G. Ciancio
Condolence: I share the sorrow that you feel...and, hope it will comfort you to know how much others cared. Bill wrote a letter of recommendation for me when I attended and graduated from SUNY Farmingdale. I remain thankful and grateful to him for that kindness. RIP...Mr. Bill Herman.

Condolence From: Amy and Foster McKeon
Condolence: Dear Ginger, Cindy, Debra, Billy and Chris,
We are so sorry to hear about Bill, your husband and Dads passing. I remember the first time I met him when I interened at IBM so many years ago - he greeted me with a big smile and a sparkle in his eye and he was indeed, so full of energy and a real zest for life. We have no doubt that he is running around beautiful landscapes in the sky adding his special touch and charming everyone he meets.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence From: Tom Boger
Condolence: Billy was such a good friend that we considered him part of our family. It is so hard to hear of his passing. I remember him helping us build front stairs to our then new house in Ardsley with my father and brother Larry when I was just a boy, vacations at the Jersey Shore, his wedding to Ginger, the Christmas displays at his nursery, most recently at Larry and Beverly's 50th Anniversary celebration at the Outer Banks. We all will miss the many times when he'd just be there to enjoy the company and relax after a long day.
Our sincere condolences to Ginger and family at this sad time.

Condolence: We find it difficult to find the words to adequately express our feelings for the loss of Bill, our friend of over 65 years. Over the years we enjoyed countless good times with Ginger and Bill. We have wonderful memories of the years of our friendship, from high school to the present, too many to write of at this time, but a joy to reflect on. Our heartfelt condolences to Ginger, Cindy, Debbie, Billy and Chris for your loss. May the peace of Christ be with our friend.

Condolence From: Bill Sepe
Condolence: My sincere condolences on your loss. What a fine man. I helped my friend, Billy Sheridan, roll up barbed wire on the farm that became Herman's Nursery when we were 12 and that's how I met Billy's Uncle Billy. A real class act. When the opened I was there when he stopped everything to give a nun a bouquet of flowers for free. In December 1996 I bought my current house and two days later I looked out my back door and there was Uncle Billy planting the landscaping for the house next door. I visited a friend at Woodland Ponds a year or so ago and there was Uncle Billy again. We had a nice chat, he said he was new to the place. Little did I know, it would be our last. He was a good man.
My heart goes out to each of you for your loss.
Sincerely,
Bill Sepe
