Ruth M. Fasciani, 82, of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away at home on January 13, 2018. She was born on December 26, 1935 in Poughkeepsie, NY, the daughter of Anthony & Ruth Pettit Hoolihan. She retired as a Manager from Unlimited Home Care in Rhinebeck, NY.
Ruth was predeceased by her husband's: William C. Johnson, Sr. in 1969 and Stephen Fasciani in 2016. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Ruth's greatest enjoyment was going to her house on Schroon Lake in upstate New York.
Survivors include her sons: William C. (Sue) Johnson, Jr. of Poughkeepsie, NY; Wayne (Jeanne) Johnson of Hyde Park, NY; Kevin Johnson of Poughkeepsie, NY; daughter: Cathleen M. (Joseph) Esposito of Poughquag, NY; 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers.
There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday 10AM, January 19, 2018, in St. Mary's Church, 231 Church St., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Burial will be in the spring in the family plot in St. Mary's Cemetery in Wappingers Falls, NY. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wm. G. Miller & Son F.H., Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
